Fantastic experience: My very shy and quiet son joined and I immediately saw his confidence boost! He has a learning disability and autism and takes longer to pick up instructions but was paired with existing members who were patient, kind and encouraging. He is loving his classes

Fantastic experience: I'm not a sporty person at all, but they hooked us for good. The whole family has been attending for a year now, slowly building up our stamina. Can list quite a few health benefits, but also discipline benefits for my kids. Could improve their background workout-practice music, though, don'tlike remixes.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend FMA highly enough! A wonderfully supportive class, which caters for all ages and fitness levels, without holding anyone back. Great for fitness, self-defence, and self-esteem. A really family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very reasonably priced too, with free taster sessions. I only wish I'd found it sooner!

Fantastic experience: My child loves participating in these classes, it is a fun way for them to get to do things that are not allowed else ware while also learning self control/self discipline and challenging themselves physically and mentally in a fun way. The instructors are amazing and the uniform is not white which is a massive plus when you have messy kids lol.

Fantastic experience: Freestyle Martial Arts is our new love in our family. Our son is looking forward to when he comes to class. Despite the fact that our son has recently joined Freestyle Martial Arts, I would really like to write a review about this amazing place. Great love began with the first letter that I received upon registration, which contained all the necessary information about the location of the classes, time, clothes in which you need to come and so on. Maybe for someone it doesn't matter, but after this letter I didn't have any questions, which is very rare when a child starts some kind of sport. Freestyle Martial Arts provides the form. This is absolutely great. Freestyle Martial arts is not only about good physical shape, but also concentration, respect for a partner, strength, flexibility, power and all instructors, it also is about friendship and be surrounded by motivated people :) Mr Manning and all other instructors (Mr Wearing, Miss Taylor and Mr Cox) are absolutely wonderful, very attentive, competent and do everything that depends on them so that all children and adults in the class are covered by their attention and help if some exercise does not work out. Sometimes they arrange games with sports elements, which helps everyone to take a break, gain strength and continue to do exercises. It absolutely great to see how the class go :) I highly recommend Freestyle Martial Arts for everyone.

Fantastic experience: My son started freestyle martial arts 4 years ago since he has been there his confidence and coordination has improved . He loves coming every week !! I started not long after my son . At first I wasn't sure about joining as I was quite overweight . I also suffered terribley with my mental health and confidence. But the instructors are so supportive which makes a huge difference. you can start at a pace that suits you!! iam now in the intermediate class and feel amazing thanks to my instructors support and encouragement . Absolutely recommend freestyle martial arts ❤

Fantastic experience: My husband, son and myself started with FMA two months ago and we absolutely love it, it's brilliant being able to train with family and gives us something to really bond over, especially with us all being quite passionate about it, we look forward to coming every week. The classes are brilliant, not only are they great for self defence but also for building confidence, fitnes and discipline with the added bonus of being fun and they're great value! The instructors are welcoming, engaging, passionate and extremely supportive and everyone is so friendly. My other two sons have decided to come along after seeing how much we enjoy it. We highly recommend FMA, so come along and see for yourself :)

Fantastic experience: My son attends Freestyle Marshall Arts every week and enjoys the classes. This is a brilliant group as the instructors are friendly and welcoming. The training is great for all abilities and ages. It’s a very friendly group and anyone who joins is made to feel welcome as part of the FMA family. I’m really pleased with the progress my son has made since he joined.

Fantastic experience: My son wanted to do martial art so I asked for recommendations using social media.Freestyle Martial Arts team were very welcoming and easy to approach. He had first free lesson and absolutely loved it. In fact I was very impressed myself with the quality of teaching, attention to every student and great atmosphere. I decided to join too! I see it as a opportunity to exercise and have something common with my son to talk about and to work on. Highly recommend to anyone- come and see Freestyle Martial Art lesson, it's brilliant!!!

Fantastic experience: My older son wanted to have a go at martial arts - and as my husband worked away at the time I took him to his first session. I was encouraged to join and "have a go" and as I hadn't done any proper exercise since having the children I thought why not. It has been great to join in with the class rather than sitting on the side lines. A couple of years later and we both have achieved black belt status. Its been a great experience - if I can do it then anyone can!

Fantastic experience: It really is fun fun fun for all the family. Hard work but enjoyable. The instructors are firm but fair and you really know you've worked hard. I would recommend it anyone as they cater for all ages.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since May this year along with my two younger children and we all love it. I recently got my Brother in law and Nephew to sign up who also love it. The atmosphere of the classes are fun but hard work and focused on continually improving yourself. Every class is different so doesn't get tedious or boring. having done very little exercise before I joined, I have found myself feeling a lot fitter, as you don't stop moving from the moment you start until the moment you finish. We have just signed up for the Black Belt programme and looking forward to moving up to the next class. I would highly recommend Freestyle martial arts to people of all ages and it is equally suitable for people with or without any Martial Arts experience. Keep up the good work FMA.
