Fantastic experience: I was sceptical to join Gloo for 2 reasons I don’t like gyms and I was recovering from a snapped Achilles. I started the 10 week challenge, in that time I learnt how to exercise and eat properly, the results were amazing losing over a stone (I’ve been struggling to lose that stone for 10 years). Roll on 16 months and I am fitter and healthier than I have been for many years.
Fantastic experience: I joined Gloo with my friend a year ago, I have lost 2 stone so far 1 more to go! I know this is achievable with all of the support of the trainers and my fellow Gloo goers! I feel so much stronger, fitter and healthier. My clothes fit better and I wore bikinis on holiday this year for the first time in years! Fantastic experience: At last I have found a gym where I feel totally happy, supported and confident. The classes are a mix of resistance and cardio, all fully supported by the trainers, and a great team spirit from all the fellow members. Through a better understanding of my nutrition, I have managed to loose 22kg of fat. My BMI is in the normal range, and I feel stronger and energetic. I actually enjoy my sessions, even the leg press!!!!!
Fantastic experience: I have tried so many diets and fitness regimens, no luck. This works for me , lost 3 stone and gone down dress sizes, wonderful trainers and all the clients are a true inspiration to me , keep me focused and it’s something I look forward to every day, except Sunday!
Fantastic experience: A friend of mine suggested I joined Gloo as she thought I’d love it… and she was right!!! I’ve tried various fitness and diet options over the years but this is the only one that has worked and that I’ve stuck at!! Small, friendly classes with motivating trainers make it a great place to exercise and enjoy it at the same time. The added bonus is being fitter and healthier having lost more body fat than I have done in years. If you’re not sure… just do it….. you won’t look back.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Gloo fitness since February 25 and the results I have achieved have been amazing. The classes cater for all levels and the trainers continually push you to achieve your best. I feel very supported by James and Katie and feel comfortable doing the classes as there is no judgment. The monthly body scans help you stay on track and celebrate your results and achievements.

Fantastic experience: Personal nutrition coaching I have worked along Alison for a while now, and the nutrition coaching has helped me massively get my focus towards my version of Mindy 2.0. Fantastic experience: Im so pleased that I joined Gloo in January 2024. Ive found an exercise routine that fits into my day with 30 or 45 minute instructor led, small group sessions. Everyone is really friendly and there is great support on nutrition too. Zeb, James and Katie are great at motivating you to improve. Ive lost weight and found a love of cardio-box. Looking forward to see how much more I can achieve!
Fantastic experience: Joining Gloo nearly a year ago was one of the best decisions I've made. You quickly get on the right track through the 10 week challenge, achieving great results with body fat loss and muscle gain. I've continued attending 2 PT and several cardio sessions a week through this year, helping me progress towards my overall fat loss goals (currently 8kg fat). The team at Gloo are fantastic providing lots of guidance and support to help you achieve your personal goals. It is a very supportive environment, which has played a crucial role at encouraging me. Fantastic experience: Best decision I have ever made! 10 week challenge joined to get me going and everyone was super welcoming & no one takes themselves too seriously, you actually can exercise and have fun. Who knew!! But Gloo is much more than just exercise, it’s a complete package of psychological & nutritional help to help you reach your goals.
Fantastic experience: This isn't a quick fix, this is a very achievable, permanent change to my nutrition and fitness. The team are super approachable, really know their stuff and challenge you to keep challenging yourself to just do that little bit more you know you can. As a full time working mum it's a joy to find I can make me and my crew a nutritious breakfast every day that we all enjoy so its not just benefitting me. Let's face it the only person who can actually change you is you. But Gloo has given me the tools and the community to make those changes feel achievable and well supported. And kicking off with losing 6.9kg of fat in the first ten weeks feels amazing.
Fantastic experience: I actually can’t believe that after being overweight for most my adult life I’ve found something that is working for me! I’ve just completed my 10 week challenge and lost 7.7kgs most of which was fat, which I’m thrilled about, especially as I had 3 weekends away in that time celebrating friends big birthdays! I’m continuing at Gloo as I’m over a stone down, and have 3 stone still to lose. I’m enjoying the exercise (never thought I’d say that) and the science behind fat loss has meant something has finally clicked for me. Fantastic experience: I joined Gloo on the 8th January. 10 weeks in I have lost an incredible 11.2kg. I love it! I was always quite good with my exercise but not nutrition, they set doable targets which I have stuck too, I haven’t stopped going out with friends have just made better choices. Everyone at Gloo is so kind and friendly. Classes are so much fun and enjoyable. Really like the 30 min cardio sessions! Monthly body scans are a must for me to keep me on track!
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough how brilliant the team at Gloo have been at encouraging and challenging me every step of the way. Losing 8.4kg in 10 weeks is a bonus but just finding a community of people who all have the same goal and collectively want the best for everyone in the classes has been the biggest life changer. I'm fitter, healthier and more positive as a result of the Gloo 10 week challenge and the accountability has come with empathy and understanding rather than drill sergeant behaviour. Fantastic experience: I came to get fit. I'll stay for the community! 6 weeks ago I joined a free taster week, I've been going daily since then. I challenge you to find a friendlier fitness centre. On top of the fitness they help you with the nutritional science too. Unlimited cardio classes, 2 PT sessions, plus nutrition science helping you to create healthy habits that last. All for the price of a coffee a day. You can't beat that!
Fantastic experience: I have always struggled to find a gym that is right for me - most are too large and too impersonal - so finding Gloo has been brilliant. It's a really friendly community and the personal trainers know everyone by name. I received such a warm welcome and the 10-week challenge was perfect for me as it combined exercise, nutrition and lots of support and advice. Zeb and James are wonderful and give us all so much encouragement. I am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in 2024!
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Gloo, and have achieved my goals of weight loss and improved fitness. Zeb is very motivating in the classes and makes them enjoyable as well as challenging. James is great in the Pilates class and I have learnt a lot about activating my core, controlled movement and effective stretching. The nutritional aspect is very informative and easy to follow. Gloo is a friendly place to go and I would recommend it!

Fantastic experience: It's always a big step joining a gym.. but from the minute I entered the studio I was made to feel welcome.. This is a studio that doesn't just focus on training, but also nutrition and mindset. The owners, trainers and fellow members are all so supportive and motivational. Fantastic experience: Weight loss is quite a personal thing so all I can say is that it has worked for me when nothing else has. I weigh less than I have in at least 5 years, probably more like 10, and I feel much healthier too. I've still got a way to go but I honestly feel like it's possible when I didn't before. Zeb and James are Great Trainers, Darren and Alison are really knowledgeable and helpful, everyone is always friendly and supportive and I don't feel self-conscious as I always used to in a gym.
Fantastic experience: What a great way to start a fitness journey! I joined a 10 week programme to improve strength, mobility, stamina. Losing weight was a hope but not my primary goal. I am stronger, my mobility and stamina have improved, and I feel lighter. Zeb and James are amazing trainers, they push but not without knowing what's just right for you. They cheer you on and make you realise you "can". If like me you know doing it on your own just doesn't work then come to Gloo - they know how to make you stick at it - thanks Gloo!
Fantastic experience: Excellent support to meet individual training needs. Challenges are pitched just right and coaching around nutrition and exercise is topnotch. Small classes, really good value for money and really friendly clientele and staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After joining Gloo Fitness last year on the advice of my wife, I can now share with you some of the overall health benefits I have gained. Firstly and most importantly, my blood pressure has lowered significantly to normal levels. This was achieved with simple regular cardio, three or four half hour sessions per week, plus two half hour PT resistance sessions a week. I used to do the odd park run, but could never complete the 5k without walking at some point. I can now run the whole way around without stopping. But the best part about Gloo Fitness is right from your first visit the friendly and knowledgeable Staff help and encourage you on your journey to be a much healthier person, both mentally and physically.
Fantastic experience: I am just over half way through my 10 week challenge and I’m loving it. I’ve lost over 5kg in body fat and already improved my health score significantly! I have so much more energy and I’m enjoying some time for myself. The Gloo team are all very dedicated and push me to improve myself more. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Gloo Fitness. I joined as I had gained 8kg over lockdown that I wanted to lose. I joined the 10 week challenge and really enjoyed it. Gloo guide you through the weight loss program which includes exercise, nutrition and mental strength. The program really works and I ended up losing 10kg. The best part is the habits I learnt have now stuck long term so I won't go back to putting the weight back on. I would strongly recommend Gloo Fitness to anyone looking to lose weight and maintain a long term healthier lifestyle.
Fantastic experience: I’m a 50 something rugby injury retiree from the nineties, a company executive whose body has been abused from years of international business travel and the corresponding poor nutrition. I joined Gloo 11 months ago and said “I’ll give it six weeks and see how it goes; I’ve got nothing to lose”. Nearly a year on I am still resistance training at least twice a week with my trusty personal trainer and packing in as much free cardio sessions as my body and work schedule will permit, I even ran 5 miles last week straight after a particularly gruelling 30-minute cardio HIIT class. My only regret is I didn’t take a before photo of myself when I started this. In that time, I’ve learnt a huge amount my daily nutrition without having to be “on a diet”. The nutritional support on offer has really helped me change the way I look at food, as I am so much more aware as to what’s in my food. With not much modification to my eating habits I am able to get the balance right and still get the same enjoyment out of my meals. So far, I have managed to make significant reductions in my body fat and am now steadily increasing my muscle mass, strength and of course improving all round fitness. As my body shape and appearance has improved, this has contributed to an underlying improvement in self-confidence and likely stronger mental fitness.
Fantastic experience: Since joining Gloo for their 10-week challenge, (6 weeks in) I have enjoyed re-identifying my nutritional staples. A lifelong diabetic, I have not only lost weight, but I enjoy food (planning, cooking and eating) far more now, with regular positive reinforcement from all at Gloo. From a physical standpoint Gloo have helped me push my limits and I feel so much fitter as a result. And combining this with a massive improvement in my mental well-being – as a result of all the initiatives from Gloo (positive reinforcement, resistance training and cardio classes) I feel more alive than I have done for several years. Fantastic experience: I have tried most things out there - to lose weight and be fitter- some have worked - for a very short time! Gloo feels different - more permanent. I have experienced a shift in attitude that couldn’t have happened without the support of everyone at Gloo. I don’t have to diet or run a marathon to be healthy, both mentally and physically. Fantastic experience: I joined Gloo almost a year ago and I can honestly say that in that time my attitude to my health, diet and fitness has completely changed. I've always tended towards being 'big' but over the years I'd let my weight creep up to the point where I thought there was almost no point doing anything about it. With support I've managed to lose almost 20kgs while building a stronger and healthier body. I don't feel like the food I eat has changed significantly I'm just much better at controlling my intake and taking a balanced approach to ensure that I stay roughly in line with my goal. I've never been a sporty person and found gyms intimidating but I've actually really enjoyed the experience and mix of working out in groups and using the equipment with close supervision. I embarked on this with my partner and there has been a lot of laughter over the period! My goals were initially focused on my health and I've achieved every one of them. My cholesterol levels are down, fat around my internal organs has lowered, stress headaches are much reduced and, simply put, daily tasks are much less of a chore when they don't exhaust you! One of the biggest changes has been in my body image. I don't dress to hide my body now and, when you don't need to worry about what other people are seeing, you realise what a load of time you have wasted over the years thinking about such things. It definitely gives you more confidence to be yourself. At this point, having achieved my goals, I could stop but I don't want to. It's made me want to achieve new, different goals and, working together with Gloo, I definitely think I can achieve those too!
Fantastic experience: Great innovative way to loosing weight and keeping fit, making the whole experience both fun and enjoyable. Yes that’s right FUN! The team are great at helping you develop new habits and regimes to ensure you stick (hence the name Gloo) to (as much as possible) your new ‘You’. Personally managed to loose 8.5kg in 10weeks and feel great for it. Highly recommended. Enjoy it so much I’ve signed up for another 10weeks!!!

Fantastic experience: So happy I found Gloo! During the 10-week challenge I lost 9kg of FAT and transformed my approach to nutrition and fitness. The lockdown 'blurgh' has definitely gone and I have so much more energy. The Gloo team have helped me see how much I can do - I'm being safely challenged in my 121 resistance training sessions and having great fun in the small, group cardio boxing/circuits sessions. Fantastic experience: I started at Gloo at the start of January on a 10 week challenge with a view to achieving my new year’s resolution of losing some weight. The whole team at Gloo have been very supportive and friendly from the start and the atmosphere is really welcoming whenever I am there. The 10 week challenge involves two 30 minute PT sessions a week and you can sign up to any (or all!) of the group cardio sessions they run at various times each day (Monday-Saturday) and attend the free seminars they run once a week. My PT has been brilliant, very motivating and encouraging and this has really helped me to stay focused and work hard. The group cardio sessions are also great - just 30 minutes each, so very achievable and you are exercising with people who are in a similar situation to you, so not at all intimidating; I enjoy having a laugh in these sessions. I have just completed my 10 week challenge and have lost a fabulous 10kg in 10 weeks! I’m just about to start a new challenge as I have more weight to lose, but am looking forward to doing this with help from Gloo! Thank you so much to the whole team

Fantastic experience: A simple but effective solution to getting fitter and losing weight. Your personal trainer takes you through what you need to do with your nutrition. Common sense approach. Realistic goals that you set. Resistance sessions and cardio which are timed long enough to be effective but without taking up your whole day. So many offerings out there for weight loss products, fitness, diets etc. This approach really helps you have clarity on what really matters to get your results. I have a great relationship with my personal trainer and she really motivates me to challenge myself but if my mid life body has a niggle or two, she’ll change routines so I can still develop but without any injury. Everyone there is so lovely, helpful and reception is very efficient! I love not being in with the masses. Having 30 mins with my trainer but in a small setting. I feel less self conscious than if I were in a typical gym. The cost is very reasonable when compared to other personal training fees in the area. I’ve lost 11lb (5kg) so far in 6 weeks, including over the Christmas period!! I can’t thank Gloo enough for providing such a friendly, supportive space to help me get stronger and slimmer! Fantastic experience: My journey with Gloo has completely changed my outlook and attitude towards fitness for the better. The fabulous, supportive team of trainers and reception team are all so warm and welcoming and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Being held accountable for my workout routine and diet has really helped to keep me motivated, and I love how the trainers gradually bring you out of your comfort zone to push you even further. The group cardio sessions so much fun, I particularly love the boxing! There is always a positive atmosphere, everyone’s always up for a laugh, and I’ve achieved a whole lot more in the last 6 weeks than I’ve ever done on my own at a conventional gym. I feel stronger, more confident and proud of the body I’m in!
Fantastic experience: I have been with Gloo for 6 weeks and I am amazed at the results I am getting. Gloo have made getting fit lots of fun with daily boxing cardio, knowledgable and personable trainers and a fantastic gym set up and atmosphere with a great reception team. Whats not to like?!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving my Gloo Fitness one to one PT sessions - I achieve so much more than I would on my own. I've lost weight, am stronger and have discovered my day is way better if I start it off with a 6.30am cardio session. Never thought I'd find myself saying that! Fantastic experience: I was staying in Stratford for a week’s holiday and booked daily hour long PT sessions with Darren and Allison. It was a great experience and I was very impressed with both their professionalism and friendliness. They are both plainly very experienced and had quickly worked out how best to push me and motivate. The sessions were varied and fun and it was also interesting to see how they tailored their approach to the ability and needs of other clients as well. Highly recommended and I will definitely use their services again when I’m next in the area. Many thanks!
Fantastic experience: Having joined “GLOO” I have never been so fit in my life at the age of 55 ! My daughter who rows kept saying mum….. “resistance” is what you need to do ! So here I am doing resistance and cardio! Wonderful fitness, helping you push to the limit but slowly helping you at the same time, making you feel fantastic. I have never been in a gym until now, I did swimming but not boxing and resistance training and I absolutely love it, so much that I go 5 times a week!! It wakes me up and then I have days of energy. My daughter was right as we get older we do have to work the body and muscles more to get results, it’s a fact of life and age. So take a chance and try ……. I promise you won’t regret it ! Just to add James does an excellent sport massage too !
Fantastic experience: Alison and Darren are such wonderful inspirational people, they have a passion to make a difference to your life which becomes infectious. They are making a huge difference in my life giving me confidence and encouragement, I’ve always been very wary about gyms as I am partially sighted but they guide me around and give me confidence
