Fantastic experience: I joined the beginners pole class with Kelly and she is amazing. I was quite anxious going and not only is she a good instructor but made me feel super comfortable and supported. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Joined this studio around 9 months ago and have been made to feel so welcome by all staff and students. The studio offers a wide range of classes and caters for all levels of expertise. There is always such a positive and friendly energy here, I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking to try aerial!

Fantastic experience: I don't think I have a character count for how much I love FPS! This place is my second home, the environment is lovely, and everyone is always so friendly and encouraging. I've made friends for life at this studio. The classes are brilliant, with such a wide range of things to try. The instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive and genuinely want you to do well. There are so many different classes and something for everyone to enjoy and the instructors really work with you to break everything down and make sure you have! It also has the best facilities, with so many rig points for various apparatus and some of the highest poles I've ever seen. There really is something for everyone on the time table and I couldn't rave about this place enough. It really is my home away from home ❤️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible pole and aerial studio, I cannot fault it. There are a range of different classes for whatever your preference with the most talented instructors to guide you. FPS has the best atmosphere and is a second home to all who train here, would give a billion stars if I could !

Fantastic experience: Great studio, the staff are really friendly and the poles are really tall. I also love that they have 3-hour open-training sessions, 3 times per week (in addition to taught classes). Definitely worth visiting. They also teach silks, hoop and straps. Lots of experienced and knowledgeable instructors around to help.

Fantastic experience: Abbie & Ben who run this studio are absolutely amazing. My daughter loves her aerial class, it is her favourite activity of the week. Highly recommend FPS, it’s brilliant.

Positive experience: Great space, brilliant poles and aerial equipment. Owner is a lovely woman works hard to make sure studio is safe space for everyone wanting to join. One Down fall is there is no heating and you need that for these classes specially stretch.

The team at FPS are amazing. I feel encouraged to keep progressing and genuinely look forward to attending class every single time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio, I go every week to pole dancing. There are a variety of different classes you can attend. You can choose to pay got sessions or get a monthly membership. The teachers are lovely and are always there to help you. Best studio by far.

Fantastic experience: Having taken classes at studios all over the uk I can honestly say FPS is one of my favourites - fun, friendly and always encouraging, there are really diverse classes available for those interested in other aspects of dance and fitness plus pole lessons taught by some of the uks top pro poledancers.

Loads of space, loads of classes every day including pole, aerial hoop and silks, stretch and dance and great instructors including a current world champion and international performer. Great for beginners through to advanced. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging - I feel like I've made so many new friends here!
