Fantastic experience: I started at Blush 12 years ago. I have grown strong, improved my confidence and progressed through the class levels over the years (in Pole and heels classes. But mostly I have gained a brilliant group of friends. I recommend Blush for high quality dance instruction and a great supportive environment to learn with the bonus of making friends.

Fantastic experience: Great place to bring children to start them on aerial hoop and silks. My daughter has been attending for 8 years and loves it. There are classes to suit all abilities from young to old, I would highly recommend Blush Dance and Blush Kids.

Fantastic experience: I joined Blush when I moved to Manchester and it’s a studio where you feel welcome, part of the family and leave after every pole session feeling confident and constantly learning new skills. The people here are so friendly and supportive, and I’m truly sad to leave such an amazing studio but am relocating. The teaching is superb, Becky is so patient and kind. I’ve tried a few studios around Manchester and Blush blows the others out the water.

Fantastic experience: Pole silks-who knew? Absolutely loved this workshop. Amy explains everything so clearly and gives alternative moves (easier or more challenging) so everyone can access and enjoy. Think pole silks might be my new favourite thing!! Thanks again Blush for another fantastic workshop.

Fantastic experience: I have been dancing at blush on & off for around 10 years, it’s such a lovely fun place to be, the team there are great as well as the students. Always made to feel comfortable & help always there. Lots of fun moves & routines to learn! I’ve enjoyed silks & hoop but pole & heels have my heart! had to leave as I’ve moved out of the area, thank you for starting me out on my aerial journey

Fantastic experience: I've since moved away from Manchester but wanted to shout about this place because I really loved being a student at Blush. Bex, the owner, is a great teacher, and she creates an environment where women can thrive. She's also built up an amazingly kind, compassionate and fun team to be around and learn from. If you're looking to make friends, feel body confident, and have a good time, you should really go to Blush. You can even try it out at one of their taster sessions.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say to anyone who is thinking of joining blush just do it. You will never look back. I have had the pleasure of being trained by Bex the boss lady in both pole dance and heels. Not only have a gained confidence in my own ability, been able to create a space for myself and leaving all the stresses of work, family life behind and focusing on yourself for a hour. You will join a team of women who support women. I have witnessed several women gain confidence, make friends for life and become secure in their own bodies. I cannot thank team Blush enough, also if your thinking of joining just reach out to Bex and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant place to learn aerial skills from beginner all the way up to certified instructor training. The blush staff are encouraging, patient and friendly. Broadstone is a great venue with onsite cafe, shops and free parking.
