Fantastic experience: I have known Tom for over 10 years and cannot recommend him highly enough. He played a big part in starting my fitness journey - from Saturday morning boot camps, PT, Tough Mudders, and adventure runs which ultimately led to my passion for CrossFit. Tom is now also training my teenage son as part of his rugby strength and conditioning programme. He always delivers results and keeps sessions engaging, productive and fun. He is also one of life’s great people!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Tom’s classes for a few years and love them, and always feel like I’ve had a good workout at the end of them! Fantastic experience: Tom is a truly outstanding PT - he is technically good but more importantly he really understands his clients - knows when to push, knows when to hold back and be encouraging that you have “showed up” and know when to repeat exercises vs change it out a bit… He is also a great guy and makes sessions fun Tom has been my PT for 8 years and i would not consider stopping or changing…..

Fantastic experience: Core4fitness I have 1:1 Personal training with Tom, I also take part in the HIIT Monday class and then Saturday morning circuits. He also does many other classes, there is also yoga, TRX and more. But there’s only so much you can fit into your week!! The Saturday morning circuits at 08.30am our the best way to start your weekend. A lovely group of people. Many different stations and a mixture of exercises for a full body workout. He brings the battle ropes, weights and all. A few alternatives to each station, harder and easier. Take it at your own pace, but also competition if you want! The HIIT Monday class is on your mats and a fantastic range of full body exercises, time flies by! 1:1 Personal Training sessions have been spot on. Completely tailored to what you want to achieve, bespoke and efficient. Always on time, great communication and has all the knowledge. I would strongly recommend Tom.

Fantastic experience: We have known Tom for almost ten years, attending his classes and, more recently, signed up for one to one sessions as we go through different stages of our lives, from early parenthood to going through major health crisis. Fantastic experience: I've been to lots of Tom's classes over the years and have always really enjoyed them. I have recently embarked on small group PT sessions with him with some friends as we were struggling to find any classes locally that fit with our schedules and fitness goals. Our hour long classes are tailored to our needs and always fly by as there's a lot of fun and chat involved too. We are also outside in all weathers which feels really healthy. Tom is a great trainer and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Core4Fitness classes for a few months now and have hugely enjoyed them. They are held in a super inclusive, friendly, "non-intimidating" manner that caters for all levels of fitness (and ages) and removes any pressure that group environments can sometimes bring with them. At the same time it offers the space and ability to push and challenge oneself just the same. Tom has been leading the classes with great professionalism, fun, thorough expertise and variety, and I would recommend him and Core4Fitness in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner found Core4Fitness in the lead up to our wedding. We wanted to find a sustainable fitness solution that we'd enjoy and actually want to keep up after the big day. Tom has been amazing at helping us find a happy balance - we do a mixture of 1:1 strength training (in the comfort and convenience of our own garage!), fast-paced group classes and running in our personal time. The prices are super reasonable, especially when purchasing credits in bulk. We love the community feel at the group classes and that everyone is of totally different ages and abilities. There's no feeling of fear or intimidation. Highly recommend reaching out to Tom directly as he's always super happy to chat and appears to genuinely want what's best for his clients. Five star all round!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom. From our very first session together, I knew that I was in good hands. Tom has a way of making you feel comfortable and confident. He takes the time to understand your goals and customises your workout plan to your meet your specific needs (and plays music you enjoy during the workout!) He pays close attention to your form, making sure that you're doing each exercise correctly and safely. He's also always available to answer any questions you may have, and he's quick to provide feedback and encouragement throughout your workouts. Tom's positive attitude and energy are infectious, and it's clear that he truly cares about his clients. He's always pushing me to be my best. If you're looking for a personal trainer who will help you reach your fitness goals and make you feel great along the way, I highly recommend Tom. He's an excellent trainer and an even better person, and I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with a few PTs and Tom is the best. He remains focussed throughout the session and sets sensible routines that gradually improve my fitness levels, even though I’m not getting any younger!

Fantastic experience: Superb PT session with Tom from Core4Fitness! Tom pitched things perfectly and pushed me without putting me too far outside my comfort zone. I felt the burn the following day …but in a good way ! It was a really fun, energising session and Tom kept things interesting with lots of different exercises. Tom was quick to pull me up on technique when necessary in order for me to get the most from each move. Would 100% recommend Core4Fitness for all your fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Core4Fitness for over two years now and it has really helped my overall fitness; built my core strength and improved my flexibility. Tom, Jo and Jasmine's classes are challenging but achievable and are always great fun. As a middle-aged man, I find the Weighted Wednesday class really effective in building whole body strength but whatever your fitness needs, Core4Fitness are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Core4Fitness run really good quality classes. I’ve meet a handful of the trainers now but the ones I have met have been very friendly & extremely skilled at what they do. The outdoor yoga class I took recently was the perfect balance of challenging and relaxing and I’d definitely recommend it and any other classes with Core4.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Core4Fitness for three or more years now. Tom and Jo are brilliant and really good fun and very professional. I have taken online classes, live indoor classes, live outside classes and each type of class is different and engaging. The payment system is fair and easy to navigate so you can do as much or as little as you want. There is a good, broad range of people that take the classes so give it a go and I might see you at Saturday morning bootcamp on the Bourne.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous before I attended my first HIIT session at Core4Fitness. I didn’t exercise regularly after giving birth to my son and had a shoulder injury. I was relieved to be greeted by a very friendly instructor named Jo, who listened carefully to my issues and guided me throughout sets making sure I don’t overwork the injured muscles. The atmosphere in the group was also friendly and fun, so all my worries that I wouldn't be able to keep up vanished! Tom’s online lunch time blast is also my firm favourite, it’s short and sharp and helps me to build in some exercise to an otherwise motionless day. I was really impressed with how Core4Fitness coped with the mayhem that COVID-19 caused. All face-to-face subscriptions were paused until it was safe to exercise in person again or Tom offered to convert the subscription to online credits, depending on your choosing. The best thing about Core is that they offer classes for all abilities, ages and interests, there is really something for everyone. The classes are fun, inclusive and great value for money!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Core4Fitness a year ago when Covid19 closed the fitness class I was going to. Throughout the last year of lockdowns and restrictions Core4Fitness have kept going and kept it fresh, with zoom calls, outdoor sessions and some limited sessions indoors when allowed. It's kept me going, and I can honestly say I am fitter and stronger after a year, and I noticed the difference after 3 months when I smashed a distance pb.

Fantastic experience: Core4Fitness is such a great fitness company. The instructors run a variety of challenging, engaging and good fun classes, both online and in person. The class credit system works well for those who can’t always guarantee a set work out schedule. I can not rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Core4Fitness classes since January 2020. Tom and the team have a real passion for fitness and this is clear in every single class!! Even during lockdown, the classes have continued virtually, have been fun, light hearted but equally hard enough work to really notice a difference!!
