Fantastic experience: Recently joined, I have found the gym to be welcoming; the staff are friendly and very supportive. Tank has developed a personalised plan for me, and he, along with others, has been patient in demonstrating how to use the equipment. For some, including myself, visiting the gym can be intimidating, but I do not feel uncomfortable here. The atmosphere is often quiet, with no queues for equipment, and it feels like a safe and comfortable space for women. I would highly recommend taking that first step and joining. I look forward to visiting now!
