Fantastic experience: Is there and mma fighting???

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for somewhere to learn Tai Chi for a while and luckily I found The Rochford Martial Arts Academy. I have been made really welcome. I love the classes and everyone is very welcoming and happy to help me when I not doing something right. I was invited to try a ladies kickboxing class which I have found fun and exhilarating. Check out there website as they teach so much other things.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old daughter has loved joining KungFu! She first met Lucy and the team at Holt Farm school, where they had a KungFu intro session, we followed up with a taster session at the Club! A month later and this is her favourite after school activity and she can’t wait to get her own gloves to complete the outfit!

Fantastic experience: My son always comes back smiling from his mini dragons class, he absolutely loves it. We have really seen a difference in his behaviour from the first couple of lessons where initially he struggled to listen and focus and now through games and challenges, he is motivated and able to follow instructions. He is really proud of what he is achieving with The Rochford Martial Arts Academy, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy going. It's my first experience with any form of martial arts and everybody has been very welcoming. No pressure to keep up with experienced members which is great for new starters. Topped off with very knowledgeable instructors. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Fantastic experience: Rochford martial arts are a fabulous club. They have helped my daughter who has learning difficulties grow in so much confidence and be the young women she is today. I could not recommend them enough. They really are like a family to her.

Fantastic experience: Amazing martial arts school. Gavin and Lucy have been a consistent support to my son with following his anxiety and emotional struggles during covid and after. I can't imagine my son ever wanting to leave RMA as he is always so happy and excited to go.

Fantastic experience: My son has been taking classes there for over a year now, and he has always looked forward to going. The team do a great job and have been offering online classes throughout the various lockdown periods. Whenever I've messaged they have been prompt and polite in replying. They are very patient and try to get all the children involved. Recommend hugely.
