Fantastic experience: Whilst I’ve moved away from Newark now, I can proudly say NG24 fitness and the team changed my life trajectory for the better. I began coming back in April 24 and gradually had more consistent sessions and a flexible schedule. Kai and Carl gave me tips and even convinced me to get into Carls boxing gym next door, where I did weekly circuit classes. Over the next year I noticed HUGE improvements in my appearance, mindset, energy, strength, willpower etc. It was honestly one of the best things to ever happen to me, and I 100% have this gym to thank! Whilst I do live away now, I still come here for sessions when I’m visiting family in town. Also, in terms of the gym floor itself the equipment is fantastic, and there’s a good mix of machines, free weights, a studio etc. There’s something for everyone! On top of that, NG24 is independent and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much guys, always love coming to visit

Fantastic experience: Probably the best Gym in the newark area. Latest equipment regularly serviced. Private changing areas with showers. Personal training available & fitness classes to suit all age's unbelievably friendly family atmosphere. Daily, weekly. Monthly. Yearly membership options. I would personally highly recommend this place. x

Fantastic experience: I visited NG24 with a day pass when I was away in Newark for a few days. As a fitness coach, it’s important for me to find well equipped gyms with a really friendly atmosphere to train in myself, and NG24 is exactly that! It’s great they offer a really reasonably priced day pass too unlike chain gyms. It is a really well equipped gym with a wide variety of strength and cardio equipment. The changing rooms are super clean and tidy, as is the gym itself. The staff were also very friendly. The owner introduced himself to me too and showed me around. He has a great boxing studio next to the gym which was super well equipped. It was very nice to be made to feel so welcome. If I’m in Newark again I’ll absolutely be back! I’d highly recommend this gym and absolutely over any local bigger chain gyms. Thanks for having me!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Working away from home and had a search in the local area to get a one off pass to train. Gym has good quality resistance machines (life fitness & hammer strength) everything you need for an effective workout, good range of free weights and the cardio equipment looked decent as well. Noticed how clean it was as well. Would recommend and definitely return if in the area.

Fantastic experience: Started coming to this gym 2 days ago. As a very anxious, overweight person I was nervous and scared as gyms can be intimidating. I was greeted with welcoming smiles and made to feel comfortable. It’s been a lovely experience so far and I look forward to training there more. Third day today Let’s go - I’d definitely recommend to others.
