Fantastic experience: I recently had the Face 21 and Cryo 21 facials at L’Beau Clinique recently and I am so impressed with the results!! My jawline feels so much more lifted, firm and defined — I could see a difference straight after the treatment. I left feeling refreshed and glowing! The whole experience was so relaxing and the clinic has such a lovely, welcoming vibe. Lisa really took her time to explain everything and made me feel so comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her experience and attention to detail really came through. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that sculpts and defines your face!

Fantastic experience: As a holistic therapist, choosing natural, non-invasive treatments is really important to me. I recently had my first CryoFacial and wow!! I’m genuinely impressed with the results I’ve seen after just one session. My skin feels firmer, brighter, and my jowls and marionette lines already plumper and more lifted! What I really love about this treatment is that it aligns with my values — it’s a holistic aesthetic approach that supports the skin’s natural processes rather than working against them. I’m all for embracing ageing gracefully, but I also believe in giving my skin the best possible care along the way — and this feels like a beautiful, holistic, natural way to do that. L'Beau Clinique is such a friendly welcoming salon, and Lisa who owns it is so kind, but also super professional and knows her stuff! I felt supported all the way. Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK HERE. WASTING TIME! And I will post this everywhere and tell anyone in MK about this. One star is too much. It’s such a waste of time booking here! I had an appointment, drove and got there on time and they said your appointment is canceled and the lady is not coming for some reason, without giving me any calls or messages! And I said ‘Ok, it happens’. They booked me another appointment with their suggested time and dates and again I was there on time and they had no ideas about my appointment, and said wait for 40mins until she comes!!! Or cancel your appointment and get the refund! What!!!! How about my time, energy and fuel cost??? There was another client and she also waited for more than 30 minutes until they started her job! The manager was also so rude, rolling her eyes and expecting me to accept the situation and say nothing!!! They easily wasted my two half-days without any apologies! Time wasters.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up for EMS fitness training with Lisa and I am so pleased with the results!! Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Unimpressed by customer service. I have phoned Lisa many times following Covid and have been told I would be kept in the loop as to when I would be able to resume my laser treatments. My last communication approximately 3 months ago, I was told by Lisa I would have a call within 6 weeks and again 'bear with me'. I haven't had a call and as far as I know, these treatments have not been taken up again. As a paying customer, it would have been good to have received at least one of the promised calls.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can't rate Lisa and her amazing clinique high enough! To say I was feeling anxious about our first family holiday post lockdowns, not really knowing what tests etc we all needed... Lisa put us at ease from the first phone call and arranged all our tests with the results and required certificates arriving ahead of the deadline. 5* will definitely be using again for any future trips, thank you!

Fantastic experience: We visited Lisa for PCR tests before going away on holiday. The procedure was very relaxed and we all felt very comfortable. We had our results within 12 hours of doing the tests which was very handy for getting final bits organised for our holiday. Would definitely return if we needed PCR tests for another holiday in the near future

Fantastic experience: My fiancée and I booked covid tests through Lisa @ L'Beau Clinique and from the moment we first spoke to Lisa on the phone she was kind, friendly and informative. We booked through her and had the most relaxing and enjoyable (if you can describe it that way) pcr covid test. From start to finish it was a professional and pleasant experience booking with her to the moment we paid and left.
