Fantastic experience: Went for a taster session with George. Very professional and patient with me. I'm highly unfit and never done anything like this before but this wasn't a barrier to entry at all and I was made to feel more than welcome. If you're thinking about going then I can't recommend the taster session enough.

Fantastic experience: I did a drop in week here and I really enjoyed it. They are nice, great and helpful coaches who make you feel part of it from the first moment.
