Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming environment. Great circuit that doesn't take long to complete. All your details are on your card so you don't have to fuss about with changing weights, just pop it in and the machines adjust for you. Good variety of classes available mostly evening and morning. Hydro massage bed is the perfect way to relax after your workout. Free trials offered so you can give it a go before deciding if you want to become a member.

Fantastic experience: Went for a trial with Louise ,it's a great gym ,so much choice of exercise classes & the circuit she gives you amazing, works on all the right places ,such a lovely atmosphere too ,would definitely say give this gym a try, you'll love it ladies x
