Fantastic experience: I’ve just started Pilates on a Thursday morning at the Studley studio. A really friendly group and you are not made to feel like you should already be fit and flexible. A real mixed age and ability group, led by the lovely Adele. Whole heartedly recommend Flz Fit

Fantastic experience: Really amazing gym ! Adele and Jermaine are fantastic instructors, not just in encouraging and motivating you, but they are down to earth and their classes are fun! For the first time I feel comfortable going to classes on my own, as all the members are welcoming and allow you to be yourself with no judgement. Classes are diverse and for all abilities.

Fantastic experience: I would not still be standing if it wasn’t for the FLZ FIT team. They have not only looked after my physical health but have helped improve my mental health too. I have never enjoyed exercise until I met Adele and Jermaine, not only is it something fun, it has become an integral part of my life. The support and friendships I’ve developed while keeping fit and healthy have really enhanced my life. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make positive changes to their life.

Fantastic experience: I have tried so many different gyms, classes and PT's over the years this place is like no other!! The energy, the people, the MUSIC, the fun you have in every single class all whilst working your A@SS off, with total support from Jermaine and Adele. I use to hate classes and always felt so uncomfortable, but this is such different way to train no judgment, pure fun and can suit any level, all this whilst being excellent value for money. it really is the best place :)

Fantastic experience: What a place ! The ethos is caring and kind and genuine. It’s not about perfection it’s about feeling better and being a little bit healthier! Not transforming but embracing you and your body and soul. The bosses are not typical industry boot camp Drill Sargent types either they are real people with families and lives and stress and absolutely advocate all thing for the members . But the community they are bringing together is priceless x

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend joining flzfit, having tried other classes and regular gyms this place is by far the best. I feel comfortable and safe coming to class and annoyingly genuinely enjoy it ! Both Jermaine and Adele know you and your abilities and work with you as an individual to push to your potential, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and always feel part of the tribe exercising and laughing at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love these guys. They have helped me overcome my fitness fears and I now enjoy exercising. I look forward to classes and even when it’s dark and cold and I can’t be bothered, the rest of the team make it worthwhile. Always a friendly face to help you through. Highly recommend. First class free so give them a go

Fantastic experience: Love Flz Fit! I haven't ever been to a studio gym environment before, to be honest I was a little anxious before I went to my first class. But I really didn't need to be. It's such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and the classes are so much fun. I've been doing jump and clubbersise with Claire and Adelle who are bothwonderful ladies. I have also tried Pilates with Jermaine, I loved it, I just can't fit that class in with my work at the moment, soon! Thank you all for being fabulous
