Fantastic experience: Hard work but they made it fun. There was a great vibe all weekend and the food was fab too. The exercise options were varied and suited all levels of fitness too. Oh, as for the food...despite what you might expect at a boot camp it wasn't just lettuce leaves and nuts! It was tasty and filling with lots of variety and there were healthy snacks throughout the day too. We even got recipes to take home for the meals we'd enjoyed. Worth every penny and looking forward to the next one.
