Fantastic experience: I went along to Bounce with a friend to give it a try, and Sophie (the instructor) was absolutely brilliant. She was so welcoming, really personable, and kept checking in with us during the breaks to see how we were doing. You could tell she has great relationships with the regulars and creates a really friendly, fun atmosphere. A really well-run class and such a lovely instructor!
