Our friendly staff will put you at ease, support, motivate and inspire you to help achieve your goals without feeling intimidated. Our club is a great place to make new friends with like minded ladies whilst keeping yourself healthy. We assess all of our members individually to make sure that we can develop a fitness program that meets their needs and is designed for their ability. This can be done in the 1-2-1 free trial.

At Stockport Health and Fitness Centre we like to engage members in social activities such as meals out, day trips, coffee mornings, events and even some relaxed competitions.

We use the latest toning equipment for gentle exercise for all abilities and ages. Our equipment is motorised so it works you rather than you working the equipment. This means that you strengthen muscles and tone up without exerting yourself.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! I noticed after only about two weeks that the awful backache I used to get had gone!! I attend almost every day of the week. Hey diddle diddle!!
