We focus on Small Group Personal Training to give you the best quality coaching, you get the community of training with friends but still get the level of Personal Training to guarantee a strong workout.
Our classes are suitable for everyone, workouts can be modified or scaled so that you can still train hard if you have injuries or different levels of ability. We promote a strong, healthy and supportive workout community.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Scarr Fitness for little over a year and it literally has transformed my life. I've always been in to health and fitness but having a young family and working shifts I've struggled with consistency and fell out of love for the gym. Scarr Fitness has given me the structure and drive that fits around my family and work life. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Scarr Fitness for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. The gym has a great vibe, everyone is friendly and supportive. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Scarr fitness for about 6 months now and it’s honestly changed me so much! I initially reached out to Sam to help me lose body fat. I’d been trying for a while on my own and could never be consistent. I’ve always struggled with nutrition and lacked motivation to go to a normal gym. Sam’s given me so much advice and help around nutrition. It’s made me realise that I can still eat the foods I love and get the results that I wanted. I’ve also developed a love for the gym (which I never thought I would). I really enjoy the classes and I’m now more motivated to improve my fitness and strength. The community he has built is fantastic and it makes going to the gym enjoyable and fun! Being at Scarr has totally changed my habits and perspective on health and fitness, I’m so glad I joined.
Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever used. I’ve been attending Scarr fitness for 3 years and the training, nutrition, community and general advice is the best I’ve experienced. We have completed fitness events (Hyrox) and there are regular social activities to keep things fresh. If you’re looking for a gym offering small group based training/coaching Scarr fitness is unrivalled in the area.
Fantastic experience: Great gym and community! I was in the worst shape of my life before I decide to join Scarr fitness. Now almost 3 months in, i’m the fittest I’ve ever been. The work outs are kept fresh and food recipes are delicious. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Cant speak highly enough of Scarr Fitness, the coaches are very professional, knowledgable and approachable and have a created an outstanding environment to train. On top of that the extra work put in to help with diets, food intake and nutritional information has literally changed my life. Anyone looking for a gym that delivers exactly what it promises this is the place!
Fantastic experience: Getting up at 5am for a 5:30am work out they must be doing something right haha. I've been to other gyms before but nowhere like this. I prefer the small group sessions where you can get 1-1 support on technique. The workouts are varied and even with an injury you are included in the sessions. Sam and Amy are amazing coaches, very supportive both in class and outside via the group chats and a good laugh. You get nutritional advice too which is great. Couldn't ask for more
Fantastic experience: Hand on heart I've never been a keen gym goer but since joining Scarr Fitness I look forward to each and every session. Sam and Amy are absolutely top class at what they do. They are committed, knowledgeable, available for help and advice anytime and a great laugh which makes for a happy gym! Fantastic experience: The most important thing for me about a gym is that you feel comfortable and confident to attend - otherwise, what is the point? Since I walked through the doors of Scarr Fitness for my trial, I have been made to feel welcome and part of the family. They have coached me to become stronger and fitter, and I have met some bloomin' fantastic people through this gym! We train hard, but there is a strong focus on technique. Scarr offer nutritional support and help to keep you on track with achieving whatever goals you might have. There is no judgement here! Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, I could not recommend Scarr Fitness more. It is so much more than 'a gym'!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Scarr Fitness from the day it opened. Easily the best gym I’ve been to. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and focus on form/quality reps rather than quantity. Classes are in small groups and always a great atmosphere and a good laugh. Can’t ever see me leaving this place. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Review Joining Scarr Fitness was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only is it the best gym I've trained in, with regards to programming but it's also a great community. As a team we always organise a monthly walk/hike, which despite my complaining at the time, is my favourite event of the month. In the gym the coaches are second to none, they're adaptable with training, keeping it interesting and producing strength gains which are next level. They provide nutritional advice which keeps you on track with whatever your goals may be and have a repertoire of recipes if you're stuck for that all important meal planning. They supported me throughout injury and i wouldn't train anywhere else. Could not recommend them enough!
Fantastic experience: The best gym! I've tried different gyms in the area and found Sam & Amy to be the best coaches, their class programming allows you to build strength and improve technique whilst still giving you a good calorie burning session. I have a knee injury and they are always providing support and they change the workout for me so that I can still join in the session. They give you nutritional advice which is useful and sustainable rather than providing a strict meal plan that is boring and repetitive. All the other members are friendly and welcoming, we are all great friends now and do stuff outside of the gym as well!
Fantastic experience: Scarr Fitness is like no other gym I've been to. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable coaches who understand training and nutrition is a way of life, not just a quick temporary fix. The classes are small group sessions so there is a huge focus on technique and building strength gradually each week, nothing that I've ever had at any other gym. We do loads of activities outside of the gym which are optional, like hikes, nights out or runs. I've made loads of new friends and couldn't imagine my life without Scarr Fitness now!
