Fantastic experience: Personally I was interested in the infra red bike to help with my chronic pain condition. It has proved to be a great help. I also love the fact you can also burn so many calories without too much effort! Bonus. The salon is clean and efficiently set up. Booking is easy and any questions are answered very promptly via what's app . I've tried EMS before so decided to use the machine here after the bike session to compliment it and use it on the glutes and it's just great. I was able to book a trial session for both via the website which was great as I wasnt sure it was for me initially. I can completely recommend in every way. The only downside I have for me distance from where I live but for me I feel it's worth the effort to travel as there's nowhere anywhere near me that has anything like this.

Fantastic experience: I have loved going to astra . It has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere and I always leave feeling great. The bikes are an eyeopener , burning 1400 calories in 40 minutes. I was able to get wedding fit and was able to fit in my outfit with no problem. Everyone is lovely and hel pful

Believe me when I say you will burn over a 1000 calories in 30 minutes and not have the aches and pains like you would after the gym! Hosting the future of fitness with the Infrabike, if you don’t know then get to know or if you do know but haven’t tried it, I highly recommend you book a session! The Suprasculpt is another amazing machine I use at Astrabody to help tone up my body which is my all time favourite as it’s relaxing and again pain free! I’ve been a member here for just over 3 weeks now and absolutely love it and results are starting to show already! Nigel, Arianna and Nesrine are all so lovely, welcoming, informative and helpful they provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. At Astrabody they always provide 5 treatment! Fantastic experience: Just finished an awesome session at Astra body with their infrared bike Did a 40minute session. Burned 1100 calories and my legs feel awesome and lighter than ever with the infrared technology. Will definitely be returning for maintenance and adding it to my healthcare routine!!

Fantastic experience: I felt like stepping into the future today, going to AstraBody to try their infrared bike and body sculpting machine. From the moment we walked into the door till the very end of the session Arianna and Nigel were so friendly and professional. I am officially obsessed with this machine. It warms your body, it pushes your limits, you sweat, you work out,you get all those endorphins running though your system but there is no heart raising, no shortness of breath, no severe muscle pain. And yet you know you have worked out hard. You don't want to see a photo of my nailon trousers filled with all the I am not easily amazed but Astrabody knocked my socks off today . I feel lighter, energised and amazing, just after one session. Definitely coming back for more.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my discovery session at Astra Body today! A lovely calming, air fragrance awaits as soon as you step through the front door, the studio is immaculately clean too! I have met all 3 staff who are so happy, friendly and welcoming! The Suprasculpt seemed effortless and contracted muscles I did not know I had! I loved the Infrabike and cycled my way around Costa Rica and through the rainforests during my 40 minute session! Fantastic experience: Had my first Astrabike experience at Astrabody and Nesrine and Nigel talked me through the process and ensured my comfort. I then cycled for 30minutes, I listened to music and watched a programme whilst exercising! It was a great experience and a great way to help get fit without the aches / pains and discomfort! Fantastic experience: Visited Astra Body in Eastleigh with my wife this week and we both enjoyed a fantastic 40 minute workout.At the age of 60+and with a history of back issues I can’t praise this exercise machine enough, burning off 1300+calories whilst laying on my back watching videos of the Costa Rico rain forest.Pain free during and after the exercise made it a pleasure and not a chore.Its a must for all ages and I’m sure won’t find these infrared bikes in any of your local gym’s .You’ve got to go and give it a try!!

Fantastic experience: Visited Astrabody in Eastleigh this week after a few recommendations. Tried their new and latest machine - astrabody bike. I felt really at ease from start to finish, lovely welcome by staff and very helpful with providing guidance on how to use the machine and what to do journey my experience. Prior to my visit and after my visit, I received a list of what to bring with me and what I should do for post care afterwards such as rest and hydration. Loved the machine and would definitely come back again! Great workout for anyone who’s planning to tone up before their next holiday adventure!
