Positive experience: Nice and quiet place the time I visited. Have everything I wanted. A bit oldish in the bathroom, would be better with more cleaning (limescale everywhere), but I will go again

Fantastic experience: Visited here as a member from another location and I am very impressed and happy. Want to go again as the hot tub jets were amazing and sauna steam room were flawless too. Staff were great. I will say be warned that you need a pound coin for lockers though but literally that's it everything was clean and spotless highly recommended.

Negative experience: I was cancelled my membership in person, which went well, due to the smell in the changing rooms(sewers not toilets), no decent pull up bar or weight. Later I then got charged again and told I can not leave for three months which I wasn't told previously.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined with my family, the facilities are more than adequate. The whole place is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Eastleigh branch is a credit to your business, we are very happy.

Negative experience: They close at 9.30 not 10 also so many kids as they use this hotel for Peppa pig (paultons) kids toilet in the pool manytimes sauna smells unclean and the jacuzzi is cold or not working

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Spirits Eastleigh since 2001. It has helped me through the vagaries of life keeping me healthy and fit. I heartily recommend Spirits. It is a safe and very well run gym. Jonathan Eggett is an excellent manager and a Life Saver. If you choose membership here you're in safe hands!

Positive experience: A small gym with a small swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Staff gave us a quick tour of the facilities and explained the costs clearly. Parking was adequate but the hotel was very quiet, so I imagine parking could be a problem outside the holiday period.

Fantastic experience: Small but very friendly health club. 15m pool usually has plenty of space. Great spinning class for less confident people, not intimidating at all, like some in bigger gyms. Gym has modern kit and plenty of cardio machines.

Negative experience: Spirit Health Club: 13 Leigh Rd. Eastleigh SO50 9PG I was here today. Daily wellness use £15. Monthly membership £50. I bought a day pass to see it. 1 small pool, max. depth 150 cm. 1 steam cabin. 1 sauna cabin. The jacuzzi is off and not working. The jacuzzi broke right before I arrived. I also met a Hungarian couple, they have been living abroad since 2013. I heard them speaking Hungarian in the pool.

Fantastic experience: Nice little gym equipment cleaned with every use pool on the small side but can still have a swim it had a sauna and a steam room unfortunately jacuzzi out of use

Negative experience: Manager was rude and dismissive. Not child friendly. 20 years of being a member means nothing to this club. Avoid. Better facilities next door (places for people).

Fantastic experience: Lovely jacuzzi, swimming pool could be a bit bigger and not so shallow at the shallow end, hit toes on floor quite s few times, but it's still a nice pool.

Fantastic experience: This is our cheap spa day " with the girls" using the quiet pool, jacuzzi and sauna, for non member price of @£15 ish.

Positive experience: Brilliant place to go and relax and unwind. Our family and extended family are members and my little one loves going swimming. Its quiet and clean. Staff there are lovely. Just remember to put your parking details into the system otherwise can be ticketed!

Fantastic experience: Byłem tam stałym bywalcem, ale niestey wprowadziłem się z Eastleigh. Po kilku latach bedadz przejazdem wstąpiłem tu z ogromną przyjemnością. Sauna parowa totalnie odnowiona w suchej nie byłem. Atmosfera bardzo przyjemna. Tanio nie jest ale warto. Ręcznik dostałem przy wejściu i przez dłuższą chwilę byłem jedyny na basenie... Polecam to miejsce. No i jest czysto.
