Fantastic experience: Excellent, inclusive, fun and great exercise for all. Really enjoyable sessions, designed to motivate and challenge all levels of fitness. I always feel comfortable to exercise at my level with friendly support from the instructor and other group members! The social element is really different and really nice. It beats going to an gym full of strangers and struggling to motivate myself to push my fitness forward.
