Inverted V Pole & Aerial

Fantastic experience: Love coming to see Vicki here, she's an amazing instructor and my holiday private instructor when I'm down these ends. If you ever want to try pole and you're in cornwall she's your lady for it. Wherever I stay in Cornwall I travel only to see Vicki. So my last journey was an hour and a half long from my accommodation, I had a private for two hours, so worth the travel. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Vicky put on a group class for a group of around 15 women as part of a hen do and she was AMAZING - in just over an hour she helped us learn lots of new moves to give us a great taste of what pole fitness is like. She was brilliant at handling a big and loud group of women and helping everyone feel relaxed and confident. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I taught a workshop here and I have to say... Bude is lucky to have such a progressive facility locally. Great place to go for contemporary fitness.

Fantastic experience: Love going for sessions when im in the area with my wife. vicky is a grate Instructor pushing both of us but still having load of fun realy nice venue caters for ever level complete novice like myself to more advanced like my wife will all ways go back when I have a chance.
