Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Girl Pwr for just over a month now and I already feel better about myself! Everyone is so welcoming and it doesn’t matter what size or fitness level you are no one judges and all the coaches and members are lovely. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed keeping fit and stuck to it :)

The classes offer great variety and I can pick and choose classes that suit my hours around work times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to girl pwr since the start of January this year and it’s absolutely changed my life. When I joined I was the heaviest I’d ever been and felt so uncomfortable in my body but 6 months on and I’m down 3.5 stone, feel so much better and genuinely look forward to classes. Ive never stuck to an exercise programme/the gym but the community Chloe has created is amazing. The girls are all so friendly and welcoming, if anyone was doubting whether to join or feared they’d be judged for feeling like the biggest person in the room or not knowing what to do I can honestly say I’ve never experienced this, it truely is a safe space.
