Fantastic experience: I couldn't have found a better personal trainer/ nearly therapist , being over weight it was definitely hard making that push to find someone. However from the get go I was made to feel comfortable motivated. Even the homework is brilliant. 10/10 I'm so grateful I've not felt so fit in years.

Fantastic experience: I have done PT with Wiz for over 2 years. She is absolutely brilliant! An enthusiastic, motivating, caring and mindful trainer (and person!). No matter your experience or fitness goals she will tailor your workouts perfectly. 100% recommended.
