Fantastic experience: EMS with Vive Fitness is an incredible experience! What a great way to get such an efficient and effective work out! I’ve seen the quickest results. I struggle to find time to train but with this 20 min, you get a guaranteed full body workout! The staff is amazing and so accommodating! Thank you Jem and Jazz for keeping me in such good shape!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Vive Fitness Mayfair for several months now. If I had to describe my experience in one word: excellent. Chiarina and the rest of the PT team are super friendly and the tailored training sessions are great! The studio, located in the heart of Mayfair, and facilities are beautiful too. For context: I have been doing EMS for several years (incl. in Vienna and Paris), and was looking for a new studio when moving back to London at the beginning of the year. I'm a regular gym goer (cardio/weights training), but still do EMS sessions 1-2 per week: Apart from the obvious benefits such as toning, I feel the training has a great lymphodrainage effect which you'd otherwise only get from swimming, lymphodrainage massage etc. Ie can only highly recommend, both to gym pros and newbies.
