4 years ago Fantastic experience: I have participated in some online yoga sessions with Matt as my instructor. I absolutely loved the classes. Despite being online, Matt was able to reach into my room with warmth and make me feel calm and connected to my body. I felt restored and relaxed by the end of my session. I highly recommend Matt for his attentiveness and quality of class. ♀️
