The Functional Coach Kirkcudbright

Fantastic experience: The Fun_ctional Coach classes in Kirkcudbright are the best I have been to. I love the variety of classes throughout the week (although Power Hour is definitely my favourite) and the fun atmosphere at each one. Rachael is a fantastic coach. She keeps motivation high and encourages you to work hard so you leave having enjoyed it at the same time as achieving something. She is super inclusive, always keeping in mind any injuries and different levels of fitness when putting together her circuits etc. There are always options no matter where you are on your fitness journey. So, without question, it’s a 5 star review from me.
