She has a wide range of different classes for anybody and everybody to do, always alternative moves to do for all levels of fitness. Makes you feel confident in doing exercise even if you struggle you showed up. Any questions or if your worried she always goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and helps you be the best you can be.
