Fantastic experience: Highly recommend these classes. So much more than walking - a good workout suitable for all regardless of age or fitness level. Peter is very knowledgeable and has great tips if anyone has any particular aches, pains or injuries. Membership is very good value and you can attend as many classes as you like. Fantastic experience: I have been walking with Peter around one year, it has been always a great experience. He is a knowledgeable and very creative person that transforms the experience of walking into something very especial. With Peter we learn invaluable walking technique, and corrective postural exercises.Peter always accompanies the class with a combination of nice humor and wise words.

Fantastic experience: I first meet Peter on a Nordic walk and was very impressed with his multi-skill sports science approach to personal training, Having a long history of lower back pain I thought there would not be a lot Peter could teach me. but how wrong i was. I enrolled on Peter's 6 week introductory programme which include a careful assessment of my training needs followed by an amazing assortment of different exercises designed to strengthen my failing pelvic stability. Peter also came up with various suggestion as how I could exercise more while still working at my desk, he also filmed me while Nordic walking in an effort to show me how to correct my deportment and enhance my enjoyment of Nordic walking. I found Peter's style to be friendly authoritative and inspirational.
