Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Carl who led a fantastic workshop for all our pupils at CYD. You were so enthusiastic and engaging which was a fantastic start to our immersion day for our new Olympic themed topic. All teachers and pupils were very complementary and thoroughly enjoyed the workshops. Thank you for being so inclusive of pupils needs and encouraging of all children. The booking process was easy and Carl was fantastically resourced for the sessions. It really was excellent from start to finish. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic morning with Kidz Fit. As always Carl is so engaging, enthusiastic and fantastic with the children They listen and respond to both the theory and practical parts of these brilliantly informative sessions. As Science co-ordinator they are a great way to link P.E to nutrition and the effect of exercise on our bodies. It really puts the facts into context for 5 and 6 year olds, while they have lots of fun and get fit! Carl has been visiting our school for many years and is still as professional and passionate about fitness and teaching the children. It is always a highlight of Spring Term for teachers and staff.

Fantastic experience: This is Kidz Fit second visit at our school and I must say it was a fantastic experience for both teachers and students alike. As a special education teacher working with students on the autistic spectrum and those with Down syndrome, I was particularly impressed with the inclusive and engaging PE activities they delivered. Carl demonstrated a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our students, ensuring that the activities were not only enjoyable but also tailored to accommodate various abilities. The instructor (Carl) was patient, encouraging, and provided clear instructions, creating an inclusive environment that allowed all students to participate and enjoy the physical activities. What stood out to me was the adaptability of the workshop to the unique requirements of special education classes. The Kidz Fit team incorporated sensory-friendly elements and modified exercises to suit the individual needs of our students. It was heartening to see the joy on the faces of our students as they actively participated in the activities. Moreover, the workshop not only focused on physical fitness but also promoted social interaction and teamwork. This holistic approach aligns perfectly with our school's goals emphasising not only physical well-being but also the social and emotional aspects of development. Overall, the Kidz Fit workshop was a resounding success, leaving both students and educators enthusiastic about incorporating similar activities into our curriculum. I appreciate their dedication to exclusivity and their ability to create a positive and enjoyable experience for our special education classes.
