Fantastic experience: Had my first lifting session with Andy yesterday, you should have seen the weight I was lifting- amazing. I am a bit of a scardy cat with the box jumps but Andy is very kind and supportive - I ended up doing 5. Looking forward to building up my mobility, strength and stamina in the coming months. Loved the sledge! #livingstonladieslovelifting️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: After suffering from a back issue when deadlifting and work, I went to see andy for treatment. Andy had me deadlifting and whilst doing this he identified areas of my technique when lifting which was causing the strain to my back. Andy took time to help me with doing my techniques differently and the correct way to not cause any more strain to my back. He also gave me a physio treatment to pull the muscle's from my back that the strain had reached. Andy has great encouragement and I’m looking forward to my next session with him building more confidence in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Had an EMS trial session here last week and it was fantastic. A good overall workout but also allows you to target and focus on areas that might be your weaker spots, whether due to injury, disability, recovery etc. Looking forward to ongoing sessions.

Fantastic experience: Andy is the best, he has helped me so much through massages and personal training sessions. I recently tried the electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) which was great, I done a 20 minute session on my lunch break and was able to return to work feeling great and not sweaty!! I definitely felt like I had a good workout with little effort. I'd definitely recommend
