A high quality group exercise studio specialising in Spinning®, Kettlercise®, Pilates and more. Classes live and online from 6.30am throughout the day and evening 7 days a week. Facility specifically provides small group fitness classes for up to 15 people. We also offer 121 and private small group training/pilates upon request. With free parking, easy access, heated studio, customer toilet, high quality sound & visual equipment, we think you will love our studio. All our equipment is high quality and well maintained to ensure you have a great workout and experience. Our Mission To build a community who come together to achieve their fitness goals in a friendly and supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: Wellbrook Fitness was recommended to me by some friends who attend Pilates classes with Gail, I am so glad that they did. I attend an all men’s class and it’s brilliant as Gail tailors the session to ensure we are working muscles that we pay no attention to. The class flies in and you are worked hard and leave discovering muscles you didn’t know you had! My core strength and flexibility has improved no end, leading to improved gym sessions and overall good health and form!

Fantastic experience: Gail at Wellbrook Fitness outside Cookstown is a very knowledgeable pilates instructor. Her classes are varied and are adjusted to suit individual needs. If you're looking for a pilates class in the cookstown or mid ulster area I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Started with Gail at her beginner Pilates class over a year ago. Gail is a great instructor. She puts a lot of thought into planning her classes which are different every week. Wellbrook fitness have many classes to suit all ages and abilities. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend Gail’s cardio strength & core class. Ive joined a few months now & absolutely love it. Gail’s very knowledgeable when it comes to the body. She also takes part in the class & talks you through it as she goes along & lets you know exactly how it should be/not be feeling. There’s time taken at the end for some proper stretching which I think is 100% needed especially as we get older. Really enjoy this class

Fantastic experience: I joined Gail's Pilates class just before the summer of this year. The difference it has made in my life is not only noticeable by myself but also by my family and friends. The amount of wisdom and knowledge that Gail holds is incredible, explaining her way through different techniques and what for in every detail. I could listen to her all day, especially about female health in particular. Her classes are enjoyable, fun, and informative, I leave each and every class feeling revived & renewed, feeling every bit fitter and more confident than I did the hour before! Wellbrook Fitness Studio is impeccable clean. The equipment is fresh, and it's always tidy. With the temperature of the studio given just as much attention as each client in the room, i sometimes forget i am in a class of other people! I would recommend Gail over and over again, like I have in the past and will continue with confidence to do so in the future.

Fantastic experience: Gail is a wealth of knowledge on all things fitness health and well being. I've been attending pilates here weekly for the past year and have learned so much from Gail about menopause body needs and ability.Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend or rate Gail highly enough. I started pilates at Wellbrook Fitness (on the recommendation of a friend), having no prior pilates experience. I love how inclusive the classes are, catering for all ages and abilities. I feel Gail is passionate about female health and how important pilates is for our bodies. She explains each move in detailed way that is easy to understand, whilst helping you to gain an additional understanding of your body. It is important to be in a welcoming atmosphere as you develop your practice and grow in confidence to try a range of levels within the same move. Pilates has had an incredibly positive impact on my life, I love the practice and meeting new people. Gail is wonderfully approchable, so friendly, and an absolute inspiration.

Fantastic experience: After having a baby just before lockdown and putting on some weight, I'd lost all confidence and did not like how I looked. I contacted Gail who advised that kettlercise would be the best option. She reassured me that a lot of mummies who have maybe lost some confidence along the way attended classes and made me feel very welcome. It took a while to take that first step, but I've not looked back. Gail greeted me by name on the first night and even led a round of applause at the end of class. She spent time afterwards talking to me answering any questions I had, as a mum with low confidence newly back to exercise. I highly recommend trying out kettlercise, working all parts of the body and burning up to a massive 1000 calories in just 55 minutes

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Gail for Pilates classes for several months. She takes time to demonstrate and explain movements. Her knowledge is incredible and she works with everyone at their own pace. Her classes are friendly, make you feel at ease and thoroughly enjoyable! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Wellbrook Fitness. Currently attending my first Kettlercise 8 week course. Gail is a fantastic instructor who guides you the whole way through. Gail participates in the class which I think is great. She really motivates you to work harder and push that bit more! Really enjoy the class and getting so much out of it!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Wellbrook Fitness for Pilates classes. I love it! The classes are a nice small size and Gail makes you feel so at ease no matter what your ability is. She has been so helpful to me as I try and rehabilitate my lower back.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Wellbrook Fitness for a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. Here are my reasons why I recommend them; Before I attended Wellbrook I was doing spin at other venues and pilates along to Utube. But I couldn't shift the baby tummy, the love handles or the back fat. So I decided I needed to introduce weights into my routine. I had never ever done weights! So I went to kettlebells with Gail. Gail is so welcoming and good a trainer. I started with a 4kg weight, I now work between 6kg & 8kg. It took me a few classes to get into it as I have no co ordination. After 5 weeks I started to see muscle tone. Muscle tone which I had lost after having children. I liked the smaller groups and coaching so much I decided to give the spin a go. Stu is an excellent spin teacher. He checks the settings on your bike, he selects the music to suit the ride. So if you get lost, just spin to the beat. The classes are never boring. Being an ex runner I thought I would never replace that buzz of running but I have with spin at Wellbrook. I am fitter, and stronger. I like that there is no monthly subscription, and there is a variety of classes at a range of times that suits my lifestyle. Anyone that knows me will know when I find something that works I share it. Well here it is Wellbrook classes work no matter what your age is or your fitness level. Fantastic experience: I have just joined the beginners Pilate Class and I am enjoying it so much. Having never attended anything like this before I didn’t know what to expect. I needn’t have worried. Gail made me feel very welcome. No pressure to do what I was unable to do initially but her encouragement is getting me a bit further week by week. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of joining a Pilates class to not hesitate to come here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my first block of Pilates with Gail. She is fantastic! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Pilates as we progressed through the weeks, I’m enrolled in the second block and can’t wait to get back to it. Pilates has really helped my upper back and neck pains. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Having now attended Pilates classes with Gail over a number of weeks, I firstly cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge of anatomy is amazing and each Pilate move is carefully and clearly explained. Time is taken to model and ensure that each person is getting it just right. Secondly the improvement in my own flexibility and mobility has been so encouraging to see and I certainly am determined to keep on this Pilates journey. Thank you Gail

Fantastic experience: I have been attending both online courses and in person since about July 2020. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class I’ve been to. I’ve done Kettlercise, LBT and Pilates. Gail is a fabulous instructor and teacher. She considers all abilities and will make an exercise easier or more challenging whatever class you attend. She’s great craic too!! Thoroughly recommend these classes. I drive past classes that are geographically closer to me because I enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement offered by Gail, not to mention that i feel so much better after I’ve attended a class. Get signed up. Well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I joined Gail’s online classes at the beginning of March. I wanted classes that were flexible and I could do live or on catch up. Being a nurse it is difficult to commit to classes when working shifts (long days, nights and weekends when needed and never two weeks the same). Wellbrook Fitness allows me to complete the classes when it suits me whether at home or away. I had never attended kettlercise before and really enjoy it. The LBT on a Wednesday is also a great workout. Throughout all the classes Gail gives tips for beginners like me so I can build my strength. If you fancy classes that are great value that you can do when suits in the comfort of your own home I would recommend Wellbrook Fitness.( I might in the future venture the online spinning classes )

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Wellbrook Fitness since it opened and really enjoy both Kettlercise and Spinning. Gail and Stu are both fantastic coaches and very professional. I have even carried out a threshold test for spinning to ensure I am training at my optimum level. The classes are fun and always changing. The Spin class is not like a regular spin class - every ride is different. I have gotten much fitter and stronger since starting these classes. All equipment is also brand new and fantastic!!

Fantastic experience: From not being a fan of a spin bike, to now really enjoying the mix of rides provided at each session, both Gail and Stu sure know how to motivate, inspire and make classes enjoyable with minimal pressure but maximum encouragement. The Kettlercise is an excellent all round work out for any level of fitness. If in doubt, just give it a go and you may well be pleasently surprised!! They have an easy booking system that allows for short notice classes, but be careful not to be disappointed as some popular sessions book up fast!!!

Fantastic experience: Gail and Stuart are amazing instructors! They kept me going through out the lockdown and now! Even though we are getting to some kind of normality and I'm going back to the gym aswell I can't stop using wellbrook fitness when I can around my busy life. So from me definitely 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Gail and Stuart are brilliant instructors who provide great kettlebell and spinning classes. Their studio and equipment are all new. The atmosphere at their classes and their professionalism always gets the best from you. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love going to their classes and am totally hooked!

Fantastic experience: Gail and Stuart’s classes are great, there both really good instructors who explain each class really well. The studio is brand new and there is always a great atmosphere. I do both the kettlebell and spinning classes and I think doing both really compliment each other well. I have definitely noticed a change in my fitness level since starting at Wellbrook fitness. I would highly recommend there classes and even if you have been spinning before and maybe not liked it I think you would definitely like Stuart’s spin class, not 2 classes are the same and you come away filled with energy and looking forward to the next class! Keep up the good work Gail and Stuart!

Fantastic experience: the best spinning and kettlercise classes in the area! Gail and Stu are always friendly and they're the best at what they do. their classes are welcoming, engaging, and you'll definitely feel the benefits afterwards! can't wait for my next session :)
