Family friendly martial arts business, head coach 14 times world champion Megan Abel. We offer classes from 2 years of age. Classes are based on sports karate syllabus plus specialist classes covering semi-contact kickboxing, musical and extreme forms, boxercise, & ladies only kickboxing. Our qualified personal trainers also offer fitness classes.We also work with schools, senior citizens groups and offer birthday parties and school holiday clubs.

Fantastic experience: My little boy loves Little Ninja sessions. Megan and her team have been fantastic with him and he's growing in confidence. He loves playing ninjas now at home. We have no experience of martial arts and it's great seeing him do something that's so good for gross motor skills, confidence, exercise and fun. #hammerfist
