Fantastic experience: Dani is an amazing instructor who leads the classes with energy, enthusiasm and fun! There are a wide range of classes to suit your preference and there are always modifications given to suit all fitness levels. The classes are friendly and welcoming , down to earth and become an essential part of your week!

Fantastic experience: Dani never fails to make her classes fun whilst we work our butts off! Each class has mixed abilities / ages & Dani is great at adapting the workout to suit each person. There are a good range of classes and I highly recommend them all!
