Fantastic experience: I've been training with Nicky since 2013 and can honestly say he is the best there is. His training sessions and classes are consistently varied and challenging. He is incredibly supportive and he genuinely cares about his clients and helping them to achieve their goals. He has an extensive knowledge in fitness and health and has the skills and expertise to help you succeed. His sessions cater for all and the environment is always positive, professional and motivating. His home gym has top of the range equipment and is a fab place to train. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness either on a 1:1 or class basis and to those who are looking for a decent sports massage.

Fantastic experience: Great space to workout especially on a nice day. The boxing fitness class teaches you technical points as well as putting you through a good workout, which you don’t often get with other boxfit classes.

Fantastic experience: The best home set up I have seen! Not only fantastic equipment but great personal training. Nicky genuinely takes pride in getting people where they need to be, you’re treated like a friend and not just a customer. With the You are Watt you eat recipe book it also taught me how to look after my body away from exercise. Overall I would say the best Gym for a real rounded work out with variety and equipment you don’t find in other gyms. Support your local business

Fantastic experience: Nicky is a great trainer I’ve had a few over the years and I’ve never found one with a breadth of knowledge like his. What he doesn’t know about training isn’t worth knowing. He’s got a great gym setup with everything you need and more, book a session and you won’t be disappointed.
