Fantastic experience: Just moved close by to the studio, so thought I’d give it a try while here. I will definitely be coming back when in town! The studio is such a cute and cosy space, you feel at home instantly, everyone who works here is so warm and welcoming, including the people you workout with! I booked the 3 class package for a great price of £50 and couldn’t be happier with the quality of classes I received while attending the studio. I attended two classes with Leah, they were slower but amazing to build a strong foundation in reformer Pilates, and I attended my last class with Jane, a bit more fast paced but fun! Both instructors are vigilant and make sure you’re okay at all times and have proper form when doing any of the movements(which is so important to minimise risk of injury and maximise benefits) and constantly check on everyone in the class even when the class has 6 people attending, you feel like you’re receiving PT! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, they also have great packages for those new to Pilates and reformer and very well priced. Overall great experience, great workout and amazing people! Can’t wait to come back!!! (Ps. Janes playlist is 10/10)
