Fun and friendly pole dancing classes and aerial hoop classes in Birmingham! We also offer Birmingham heels dance classes, stretch, calisthenics classes and private lessons for all levels!

Here at Body Synergy we specialise in Birmingham based pole dancing classes, aerial hoop classes,  stretch classes, sensual dance and calisthenics! Choose from either our City Centre venue – ‘CFC Studios’, or our larger studio ‘The ONE’ in Perry Barr. 

We pride ourselves in a super warm & friendly atmosphere and welcome all ages, genders, shapes and sizes.  Break away from the norm!  Come and have some fun learning cool new skills, getting extremely fit and making some new friends. 

We offer lyrical pole dance private tuition and workshops.  These sessions are about learning to dance, flow and move beautifully even if you haven’t taken a single dance class in your life! 

We have a launch party Thursday 6th November 2025 from 6-830pm at our new location – CFC Studios Birmingham.  We encourage new faces to come down and take advantage of our free taster classes in both pole and hoop with our coaching team.  It’s  relaxed evening and a chance to see what we are all about!! Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Polefitness classes with Bodysynergy for about a year and a half now. I have loved every class that I've been to. Always so friendly, helpful, and professional. Really push you and help you to achieve your fitness goals. Could not recommend enough.
