Fantastic experience: Just had a appointment with Abi today, the consultation process was really helpful in diagnosing the problems I've been having and how to treat them. Abi has great pressure on muscles with the exact amount to release without too much pain. She also prescribed a bunch of exercises for me to work on myself to help progress myself past today's treatment with no pressure to book a course of treatments like all other places I've been before. The health hub has lovely facilities with a room dedicated to small classes. Really really happy with the treatment I received today. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I have had sessions at The Health Hub for various problems from shoulder pain to a broken fibula and the practitioners are all very skilled and professional in their own speciality. The staff are very friendly and immediately put you at your ease. My shoulder pain has been cured and massage helped my leg to heal.

Over the past year Naomi has really helped me; managing an initial knee injury, a pre-operative programme and post knee replacement therapy sessions. Fantastic experience: Excellent physiotherapy service, I was unable to run due to breathing problems and a knee issue. With the help of the Health Hub I’m now a member of the local running club and training for my first race in 10 years. I cannot recommend highly enough.
