DENSOFIT BOOTCAMPS & PERSONAL TRAINING

My classes and 1 to 1 pts are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. I use boxing, weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, slam balls and the lovely battle ropes as well as body weight and cardio routines. The activities and format may be loosely modelled on aspects of fitness training used in the military.
