Sweaty Mama classes offer a fun and effective workout without the worry of childcare. 45 minutes long, a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where you can bond with your child at the same time and utilise them as a weight too! Work to your own fitness level in a non-judgemental, relaxed and friendly environment.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Nice place for the pre-natal and post natal Mums to go. It's where you can work out together with your babies, todders to get your body shape and energy back after delivery. I think it's a great ideal to watch over your child and exercise at the same time.
