Fantastic experience: Love Assaya. Emma is so knowledgeable and her TRX and Pilates classes are relaxed and fun but you always know what the goal is with each movement. She is really accommodating in adapting any movements to your level and focussing on form to prevent injury and make you move correctly. It's a lovely light space to be in too.

Fantastic experience: Apart from excellent Barre, TRX and Pilates classes, Emma has a very comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology in relation to injuries and fitness and adapts any movements to your individual needs.

Fantastic experience: During Lockdown I attended some of Emma's online Barre and Pilates classes, they were brilliant! As a Pilates instructor myself it was great to be able to attend Emma's classes from Worcestershire and get to be a student. Emma is so incredibly knowledgeable and I also attended Emmas mobility course which was amazing! I cannot recommend Emma enough and I just wish I lived closer so I could get to the studio!
