Based in Lossiemouth Moray we offer beginner stand up paddle boarding (SUP) sessions on the coast. We also offeer prgression coaching and can take people on trips on the river Spey or onto more challenging white water river sections. We also have coastal trips, exploring the rocky shores of the Moray coast to place like Bow fiddle rock. Coming soon we hope to haev outdoor fitness classes and a shop so you can try SUPS and Paddles before you buy

Fantastic experience: Today I experienced my first time SUPing and I loved it. It was made special by the team at Aye Can which I can very highly recommend. Alan ( the leader,owner ) , his lovely wife Annalee, and the wonderful other team members Gemma and James, all made my experience so special. I can't thank the team enough for showing me the ropes and experiencing such an amazing way to view scenery you don't normally get to see. Whatever your competency level in water, the team at Aye Can will certainly put you at ease, and have a very friendly and exciting ways to SUP. I'll certainly be back to experience SUPing again with the team at AyeCan,can't wait. Cheers everyone. Nick
