Fantastic experience: Joined FLX end of September. After speaking to Nico and explaining I wanted to lose weight and tone up abit, he worked out my calorie intake and gave me some advice on nutrition. We then got to work. In 6 weeks I lost 18lbs training 3-4 times a week being encouraged and pushed to my limits by Nico and Beth. Booking classes is easy on the app. and there are plenty of different classes at different times to suit everyone. I found the facilities to be clean and hygienic and all the other people training to be very friendly and also very encouraging. So if you want to lose weight of just get abit fitter in a clean and friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend you get down to see Nico and Beth at FLX.
