Fantastic experience: I visited Dione after a physio and a chiropractor had failed to help my back problem; I couldn't run without a lot of pain. Dione showed my some simple breathing exercises and also how to engage my abdominal muscles and sent me home with some videos to follow. It wasn't long before I was back running pain free.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dione at Dione studios , not only is she a wonderful person , she is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable with every aspect of the human body and will tailor a plan to suit any issues you are experiencing to heal your body. We were taught body rolling techniques, I had shoulder and neck issues and dione quickly identified imbalance in my posture and taught me how to correct it and to keep it that way. My 10 year old son has suffered issues with his tummy for years and we had tried everything to help him and within a few weeks Dione has made the most miraculous improvements even to a point where we no longer rely on medication, she is absolutely amazing with children and a real fun person to be around . If you're considering consulting Dione you will not be disappointed. There are also other classes that run at the studio I recommend looking at Diones Facebook page to keep up to date.

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate Dione highly enough! At 72 I have had many types of body improvements ( for want of a better word) over the years, and whilst they have been useful, Dione offers the most individual exercises even in a class setting and tailors movements to suit our needs. She also understands medical interventions that affect movement which others have not. Her classes also work online, it was a sad day for us when she moved back to U.K.

Fantastic experience: Love Diones studio. I’ve been to ball rolling classes which I loved and have left the studio feeling much more supple. I’ve had private and duo gyrotonic classes. Dione is a great instructor and I hope with more lessons I will be as graceful as her on the machines. I recommend Diones classes for a pain free life, leaving your body feeling wonderfully stretched and flexible.
