Fantastic experience: it was very lovely, aswell as him being my uncle, he was so thoughtful with everyone in the session, and focused on everyones needs and what they would like to achieve. i really loved the session and it has inspired me to give my body more kindness aswell as my mind. Fantastic experience: I had the most beautiful and deeply emotional experience during my Yoga session along with my daughter, hosted by Luke. Wonderful ambience, beautiful space. As newbie's to Yoga we weren't sure what to expect, but were made to feel very welcomed and not at all pushed to achieve all the varied moves. I can highly recommend MiNDFiT Movement for first timers if youve akways wanted to try Yoga, my dsughter and i will definitely return :)

Fantastic experience: I love Luke's yoga classes. There are always modifications for all abilities. There is always a lovely balance of serenity and humour, and there is a lovely community spirit. I'm so glad there are now two sessions a week, and they really are the highlight of my week! Great for both my physical and mental health. I'm so glad I found MiNDFiT yoga. X

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about signing up for 1:1 PT sessions but my only regret now is that I didn't do this sooner! Luke is an inspirational coach and mentor, and has given me the confidence, tools and strategies to become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. The positive change in my life is amazing, and I feel stronger, fitter and healthier than ever.

Fantastic experience: Me and my 2 daughters have been attending the mindfit family classes for 3 weeks now...and we love it. It's so nice to have that time factored in each week to have some quality time together, whilst encouraging a healthy relationship with exercise and mindfulness. Classes are fun and engaging for the kids whilst giving me a workout too...along with some meditation at the end which im always grateful for

Fantastic experience: Luke completely changed my life, from being overweight and inactive to working out several times a week. I’m not saying it’s been easy but Luke guided and encouraged throughout my journey. Great bunch of people at classes who both encourage and support to be the best you can be. Cheers brother!

Fantastic experience: Being 60+ l thought l would be too old for yoga, how wrong was l! Luke’s yoga practices are varied and designed for all ages and abilities. I have seen my flexibility increase as well as mental health improve. It’s a friendly non-judgmental group. If you are thinking about trying yoga, my advice give it go, you won’t look back. Fantastic experience: Mindfit classes and PT sessions have been part of my life now for 4 years. Initially I wanted just a couple of hours to not be ‘mom’ or ‘wife’ and to rediscover who I was. After only a few sessions (which were so welcoming) It was time to set some goals and they’ve just kept coming. Week on week the classes offer strength, conditioning, flexibility and cardio and all exercises are scalable. Luke is on hand to guide, instruct and push you as and when you need it. Alongside this, you get a great mentor and friend who has a genuine interest in the person you are and the goals you want to achieve. Absolutely recommend if you want an all round lifestyle change ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Love it!! Luke is a brilliant instructor, always taking into account people's differing abilities. You have a mixture of tough and challenging sessions, then the calm of the relaxation at the end. Luke has got me through a very sad part of my life, supporting me all the way. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Mindfit classes and yoga sessions for a few years now, and I can honestly say they have changed my life both in my physical ability and mental health. I can't thank Luke enough for the guidance and encouragement he has given me! I started as a complete novice to exercise and yoga, I never imagined I'd be able to achieve some of the exercises and yoga positions I can do now. Luke supports everyone to achieve their goals no matter how big or small. The positive, friendly atmosphere Luke and the other 'mindfiters' create makes all the difference in feeling comfortable to try new things and get involved. Classes are challenging but accessible to all abilities, Luke modifies the exercises to suit all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Mindfit classes for a couple of years now and thoroughly enjoy going every week! Each week is different and being surrounded by other attendees really motivates you to push to your full potential. We have lots of fun. Luke also catered for me up until 36 weeks pregnant, nothing is ever too much for him

Fantastic experience: I do yoga on Monday and it fabulous. I can't do all moves but I still love it. I have more flexibility now then I have had in twenty years. I do mind fit on a Tuesday and it great work out . To be honest it keeps me going and look forward to it every week

Fantastic experience: Classes are varied and rotated for an all body work out and are designed to be challenging whether you are super fit or just starting. Similarly the yoga classes. Personal PT sessions are designed just for you and your own goals. On a personal note Luke has also rehabilitated me from a serious back injury back to fighting fit. Highly recommend
