Everyone one is really friendly and helpful, giving support and encouragement all through the session. The 4 different group levels mean it is great for everyone whether you are new or experienced.

Fantastic experience: Best way of getting fit and maintaining it at this friendly Bootcamp held at Keresley RFC in Coventry. A good mixture of cardio, core, leg and upper body training with no session ever the same so a great mix. Fantastic for both physical and mental health with a great bunch of like minded people.
