Fantastic experience: Personal Touch is an awesome gym! The equipment is top quality, and there’s a great variety of machines for every workout need. The place is always super clean, which makes a huge difference. Plus, the boxing ring and bags are a great extra, perfect for mixing up your workouts! You can tell they really care about keeping it nice for everyone. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to get a workout in, highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I drive 25 mins to get here and there are gyms nearer to me, but this gym has everything I want and need! What I love most is that I actually feel like Sam understands my goals, and is executing them in the fastest way possible knowing when to push and when to stop. Each 1-2-1 session so far has been a revelation and I literally got pushed to my limit at every occasion and the gains I'm making each time show it! **Edit: 6 months later and I am still looking forward to my sessions! Never has anyone managed to keep my attention for this long and it's really starting to pay off!
