Fantastic experience: Started training with Connor 5 weeks ago to help me with an upcoming fight I have. The skillset and knowledge he has is the highest level I’ve trained under. He pushes you to your limits but also ensures you aren’t being sloppy with technique. The gym itself feels like a family and everyone is made to feel welcome. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned boxer. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Was working in the area for the week and was one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too. Plenty of experience in that gym and will definitely learn a lot there. Great set of lads and whether your first starting out, wanting to transfer gym or just passing by, id recommend giving this gym a go

Fantastic experience: I bought a sport tee recently and the quality is amazing! I use it for football and the gym and it's been washed about 10 times and is still like new! For the price I was surprised with how good the quality is. Not to mention the style is amazing. I'm not going to bother with the mainstream brands now and use CG's for all my sportswear.
