Fantastic experience: Had a such a great time at the Blast, Beats & Brunch event in Oakham last Sunday. It’s been a while since I have done Blast and Beats It was energetic, sweaty and very good fun, as always with any type of Bounce class. Highly recommend Bounce Oakham

Fantastic experience: This is honestly the best fitness class I have done, I am addicted! It has helped me achieve the results I wanted very quickly. The class is super friendly with encouraging instructors who always put you at ease and demonstrate a low intensity and high intensity version of the workout so you can do whatever level suits you. The lights go down, disco lights go on, music starts pumping and away you go bouncing to brilliant high energy songs! It’s a great way of exercising whilst having fun. There are breaks throughout to recover and get ready for the next set. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was so happy when I heard they were starting ((BOUNCE)) classes in Oakham. I would 100% recommend ((BOUNCE)) to anyone, I LOVE it! The classes are soooo much fun, and the instructors are so friendly! The classes are aimed at all different abilities, and the instructors are always giving options to increase or lower the intensity of the moves! Not only is it an amazing fitness class, it is also a great way to socialise and meet new people! The classes are fun, empowering and non-judgemental and I can’t wait to try more of the different classes ((BOUNCE)) has to offer!
