Fantastic experience: Brilliant fitness studio where everyone is super welcoming and the instructors REALLY care about your fitness and, potentially more importantly, your wellbeing. Great range of classes, suitable for all levels of fitness. There is also a range of 'beginner' specific classes to help build confidence if you are returning to fitness or need to review the basics.
