Fantastic experience: Well what can I say about this Gym, if I could give it 100 stars I would. Having tried 2 other gyms a few years ago I felt so intimidated and uncomfortable , after 4 weeks I never went back. I suffered from depression and anxiety plus the odd panic attack. After a discussion with my son who attends Core, he said it may help with my problems. I was sceptical at first and worried it would be mainly full of men and me being 59 years old at the time of joining it would look odd, could not of been more wrong. Kim and Chris the owners are the most friendly and helpful people you could ever meet, I felt like I had known them all my life. The atmosphere is so lovely in Core and as for it being all male not at all, plus it's a mixture of all ages. Any body who is looking at joining a Gym should seriously consider Joining this one, it will not disappoint it has not only nearly given me the body I had in my 40s but depession gone, anxiety gone and no panic attacks, I love you Core 100%

Fantastic experience: After going to numerous gyms and not settling I finally found this one. It was recommended to me, I always thought it was more of a man gym (don’t know why) . I was a bit nervous but thought I’d call them to see if I had to book an appointment to go in and look around. Kim answered the phone with a very friendly approach and encouraged me to go along, which i did. Well what a welcome friendly and warm she showed me around, and I booked In for me first session, I’ve never looked back, I’ve been going ever since absolutely love it. In lockdown they were kind enough to to loan me equipment to use at home which helped me massively and I will be internally grateful for that. I couldn’t recommend them enough. It has a fabulous atmosphere, such a good balance of customers men and women of all age groups, even the customers are friendly, everyone is lovely and approachable. Seriously Kim and Chris are so helpful and are on hand if you need any help or advice, they really look after their clients with lots of encouragement to get as fit as possible Thanks guys your fabulous Gill
