The Fit-Hut Regardsoe Fitness

Fantastic experience: I have been at Fithut for over 4 years or so now, and it's changed my whole wellbeing. It makes you feel strong inside and out and you are having fun at the same time. I always hated gyms until I joined the hut. I have made friends for life and wouldn't go anywhere else! Nicky

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Fit-Hut for many years and always enjoy the sessions. The groups are friendly and encouraging and Jo always makes sure our fitness session is challenging but fun. Jo helps you work at your level whether beginner or old timer! Great group of people ensure laughs are had as we work out but also support each other in our fitness journey. Love the Pilates sessions too.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Fit-Hut for just over 8 months, and it has become a very welcome addition to my life. I feel so much better for cutting down on my evenings of Netflix. I can see the results of exercising in that I feel healthier and more toned, also, the people are lovely and I look forward to seeing them as much as I look forward to exercising. Fantastic experience: Jo has helped me personally to overcome a total hip replacement and recovery by maintaining her online Pilates classes and on demand service. I have always enjoyed her style of Pilates and found these exercises to be invaluable for keeping me going and returning to fitness. i hope to be back "in person" soon! Thank you, Cathy
